The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for this application. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> e. The proposed project disturbs less than one (1) acre of ground and is not part of a larger plan of <br /> common development. This property is subject to the requirements of San Joaquin County Mosquito &Vector Control <br /> District (209-982-4675) and the California Health and Safety Code for the prevention of <br /> mosquitoes. All future building permits for projects located within a Special Flood Hazard Area at the time <br /> of permit issuance shall meet the San Joaquin County flood hazard reduction requirements <br /> (Title 9, Chapter 9-1605) and all requirements of the State of California(CCR Title 23) that are <br /> in force at the time of permit issuance.
