(Condor) has adopted the following health and safety procedures for <br /> working with organic contaminants encountered during investigative sampling operations_ This Health <br /> and Safety Plan is for the sole use of Condor personnel and subcontractors. Condor will not accept any ► <br /> responsibility for use, or lack therefore, of this plan by any other parties. Condor personnel will be <br /> responsible for adhering to standard safety procedures during all Sampling activities. <br /> All work will be done in accordance with current OSHA regulations and all personnel working within the <br /> exclusion zone will have completed a 40-hour OSHA training course and be current with. required <br /> refresher courses. A tailgate safety meeting will be held prior to com!)Icncement of work each day and <br /> this site-specific Health and Safety Plan will be discussed withl�and presented to all crew members for <br /> their signatures. <br /> 1.0- SITE ACCESS <br /> Access to the project site shall be limited by the site perimeter (minimum of 20 feet)_ In no case <br />�. shall the exclusion zone for al non-authorized personuetbe less than 20 feet from the septic tank <br /> location. No smoking will be allowed in the exclusion zone. <br /> f 2.0- SITE MANAGER <br /> CThe site manager shall coordinate all activities of equipment and personnel at the project site. <br /> Site manager responsibilities will include the following: <br /> fa.
