The employee will be asked whether or not he or she understands the <br /> ® information provided. If the Company physician has cleared the employee for respirator <br /> use and the Health and Safety Coordinator or Branch Safety Officer has checked the fit <br /> fire respirator then the employee will be issued a respirator. A written record is signed <br /> and dated by the employee andafe HealthRecord.and <br /> ety Coordinator or Branch Safety Officer <br /> and kept in the new employee s S ty <br /> WORK ZONES AND SECURITY MEASURE'S <br /> The Project Manager will tail Underground Services Alert (USA) and the utilities will be <br /> marked before any drilling is conducted onsite and the borings will be drilled at safe <br /> distances from the utilities. The client will also be advised to have a representative onsite <br /> to advise us in selecting locations of borings with respect to utilities or underground <br /> structures. Applied.GeoSystems assumes no responsibility for utilities not so located.
