The employee will be asked whether or not he or she understands the ® information provided. If the Company physician has cleared the employee for respirator use and the Health and Safety Coordinator or Branch Safety Officer has checked the fit fire respirator then the employee will be issued a respirator. A written record is signed and dated by the employee andafe HealthRecord.and ety Coordinator or Branch Safety Officer and kept in the new employee s S ty WORK ZONES AND SECURITY MEASURE'S The Project Manager will tail Underground Services Alert (USA) and the utilities will be marked before any drilling is conducted onsite and the borings will be drilled at safe distances from the utilities. The client will also be advised to have a representative onsite to advise us in selecting locations of borings with respect to utilities or underground structures.
