n <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 800 E. Kettleman in the City_ of Lodi (APN 062-"060-42-1) on the <br /> south side of Kettleman Lane and east) of Cherokee Lane, has been j <br /> reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> I <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> Lodi City Library, 201 West Locust, Lodi, and PHS/EHD, 445 N. San <br /> Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, curing normal working hours, <br /> 8 : 00 a.m. -- 5: 00 p.m. If a written request by any member of the <br /> public for a public hearing is not received by PHS/EHD by 5: 00 P.M. <br /> November 7, 1991, the tentative decision shall become final on that <br /> date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to <br /> PHS/EHD at P.O. Box 2009, Stockton, 95201.
