A(work plan to over-excavate the new tank pit area <br /> and to take confirmation soil samples should be included. This corrective action requires an executive <br /> summary and a public participation period of I to 30 days prior to implementation. This site is to remain <br /> on an annual groundwater monitoring and sampling schedule with the next report due by September 15, <br /> 1994.
