(AGE) has <br /> prepared this report for the destruction of eight (8) bround water monitoring wells, four(4) <br /> soil vapor extraction wells and two (2) ground water extraction wells at 1301 West <br /> Kettleman Lane, Lodi, California (site). The site location is depicted on Figure 1; site <br /> structures and former well locations are depicted on Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> Ground water monitoring and remediation wells had previously been installed at the site <br /> as part of a leaking underground storage tank (UST) subsurface investigation. A total of <br /> seven (7) two-inch diameter ground water monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-6 and <br /> MW-8)were installed to depths of 65 feet below s I rface grade (bsg); additionally, one (1) <br /> two-inch diameter ground water monitoring well (MW-7)was installed to a depth of 91 feet <br /> bsg. Four (4) two-inch diameter soil vapor extraction wells (VW-1 through VW-4) were <br /> installed at depths between 50 and 55 feet bsg. Two ground water extraction wells (EW-1 <br /> and EW-2) were installed to depths of 65 feet bsg (Table 1). <br /> I <br /> Monitoring wells were destroyed as outlined in the AGE-prepared, Well Destruction Work <br /> Plan, dated 07 September 2011 . The work plan was prepared in accord ance.with a San <br /> Joaquin County Department of Environmental Health Department (EHD) email directive, <br /> datedl3 October 2011.
