If high levels <br /> of soil contamination exists and soil remediation lis warranted, vapor extraction well installation <br /> will be considered utilizing the open borings. <br /> 5. To collect soil samples from the borings and groundwater samples from MWs for analysis: <br /> TPH-gas, BTEX, and fuel additives including MTBE. <br /> 6. To prepare a report of findings including the results of the batch groundwater extraction pump <br /> test and the ozone pilot test. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. All required permits must be procured prior to be work. <br /> 2. The report of finding must be prepared and submitted to EHD and CVRWQCB by November <br /> 15, 2005. <br /> 3.
