-Quarterly Report - Fourth Quarter 1999 <br /> FLAME LIQUOR <br />' 1301 West Kettleman Lane <br /> Lodi, California <br />' 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Graff gni of Flame Liquor, Advanced GcoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has <br />' prepared this Quarterly Report for the site at 1301 West Kettleman Lane,Lodi,California The scope <br /> of work included monitoring and sampling four ground water monitoring wells for petroleum <br />' hydrocarbons All four wells, MW-1, MW-2, MW-3, and MW-4, were utilized for monitoring <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon-impact to ground water associated with an unauthorized release ofpetroleum <br /> hydrocarbons from a UST system formerly located at the site The preparation of this report was <br />' required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS-EHD)to document and update site status The site setting is illustrated on Figure 1 Locations <br /> of structures, borings, and monitoring wells are illustrated on Figure 2 A ground water elevation <br />' map with flow direction indicated is illustrated on Figure 3 <br /> Site history and findings from previous investigations at the site are detailed in the Preliminary Site <br />' Assessment Work Plan dated 30 June 1999, prepared by AGE <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> The work was performed in accordance with San Joaquin County PHS-EHD and California Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region guidelines for investigation of underground <br /> storage tank(UST) sites <br />' <br /> 21 MONITORING WELL PURGE PROCEDURES <br /> On 16 November 1999, a Solmst water level meter was used to measure the depth to ground water <br /> in all four monitoring wells relative to the tops of well casings After the depth-to-ground water <br />' measurements were collected, the monitoring wells were purged usin&a polyvinylchloride(PVC) <br /> bailer Approximately 8 gallons of water were evacuated from each of the monitoring wells, <br /> equivalent to three well-casing volumes <br />' Temperature,pH and conductivity were measured at 2-gallon intervals,using an ICM model 52200 <br /> water analyzer to monitor stabilization of these ground water parameters Monitoring well field <br /> I parameters are summarized in tables in Appendix A,along with the field data logs Purged water was <br /> temporarily stored on-site in 55-gallon drums On 11 and 17 September 1999, approximately 468 <br /> gallons of purge and decontamination water were transported to an appropriate disposal facility for <br /> disposal Manifests are presented in Appendix B <br /> 4 <br /> IAdvanced GeoEnvironmental Inc <br /> T <br /> S <br />
