-4dvanced <br /> GeoEnvironmental, Inco =0= <br /> 02 November 2004 I rt <br /> AGE-NC Project No 99-0624 ` `µ J f� <br /> NO V 0 4 2004 <br /> Mr Harlin Knoll <br /> ENMONMENT HEALTH <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> 304 East Weber Avenue, Third Floor <br /> Stockton, California 95202 <br /> Subject: Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> FLAME MINI-MART - <br /> 1301 West Kettleman Lane, Lodi, California <br /> Dear Mr Knoll <br /> At the request of Mr Pete Graffigna, Advanced GeoEnvironniental Inc (AGE) has performed a <br /> sensitive receptor survey for the site located at 1301 West Kettleman Lane,Stockton,California The <br /> scope of work for the sensitive receptor survey was to locate potential vertical conduits including <br /> municipal, domestic, irrigation or ground water monitoring wells within a 2,000 foot radius of the <br /> site The location of the site and the immediately surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Site <br /> structures are depicted on Figure 2 <br /> The nearest surface water feature in the vicinity of the property is the Moklumne F1ver, <br /> approximately two and one-half miles north of the subject property Ground water at the site is <br /> currently encountered at a depth of 50 to 55 feet below surface grade (bsg), and has a south to <br /> southwestern flow direction <br /> Drinking water near the site is currently supplied by the City of Lodi municipal well system In <br /> addition, the municipal wells are maintained by the city of Lodi Based on a web page titled Lodi <br /> Civic Center Map Guide Room, maintained by the city of Lodi, a municipal pumping station(Kofu <br /> Park Pump Station)is located approximately 1,000 feet north of the site near the intersection of Ham <br /> 'Lane and Cardinal Street The map did not indicate any other municipal wells maintained by the City <br /> of Lodi located within 2,000 feet of the site <br /> AGE performed a reconnaissance of visually observable potential receptors within a 2,000-foot <br /> radius of the above referenced site A domestic well was observed at Lodi Memorial Hospital, <br /> located at 975 South Fairmont Avenue, approximately one half mile from the subject site A well <br /> • was observed in a field north of Kettleman Lane between Ham Lane and Lakeshore Drive A <br /> 837 Shaw Road, Stockton, California 95215 <br /> Telephone(209) 467-1006 FAX(209)467-1118 <br />
