Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> OBSERVATIONS <br /> Name on Food Safety Certificate: Expiration Date: <br /> Warewash Chlorine(Cl): ppm Heat: °F Water/Hot Water Ware Sink Temp: °F <br /> Quaternary Ammonia(QA): 300 ppm Hand Sink Temp: °F <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Met with Peter Barrientos, District Manager. The fire was started by a fryer and occurred on 2/11/2020 at approximately 6:00 <br /> PM. The fire department arrived to the facility and closed it. Only a fire extinguisher was used. The ANSUL system was not <br /> deployed and the power did not go out. The fire area was properly cleaned up using quaternary ammonia and soap and <br /> water.
