The fire was started by a fryer and occurred on 2/11/2020 at approximately 6:00 <br /> PM. The fire department arrived to the facility and closed it. Only a fire extinguisher was used. The ANSUL system was not <br /> deployed and the power did not go out. The fire area was properly cleaned up using quaternary ammonia and soap and <br /> water.
