UST owners <br /> are included in this new requirement. A copy Of the SVVF!BC flyer entitled ''ACT NO\8/', <br /> explaining the responsibilities nfUST owners and the deadlines bywhich you must comply, is <br /> enclosed with this letter. <br /> This second notification is being sent through certified rnoi| so you understand the importance <br /> of the January 1, 2005, deadline to submit the owner's compliance statement (described below) <br /> ' U identify the ICC certified Designated UST Operator(s)* for all of your u derground storage <br /> tank (UST) facilities located within San Joaquin County. <br /> The owner's compliance statement mentioned above is required pursuant to California �ode of <br /> Regulations, Title 23. section 2715 (G) which reads: <br /> By January 1, 2005' owners of underground storage tank systems shall <br /> submit a signed statement to the local agency indicating that the owner <br /> understands and is in compliance with all applicable underground storage <br /> tank nequim»mmgntg, and identifying the designated UST mpmrator/s\ for each <br /> facility owned.
