JUL. 15, 2005 4: 18PM CONDOR EARTH TECH N0. 2117 P. 3
Addendum to Work Plan
July 8,2005
Page 2
Fremont Street approximately 25 feet east and west of boring GP-5. The proposed boring locations are
shown on Figure 2, attached. All of the borings will be advanced to a maximum depth of 20 feet below
ground surface (bgs).Temporary PVC well screen will be placed in each boring to allow groundwater to
flow into the boring. One groundwater grab sample will be collected for laboratory analyses from each
boring in which groundwater is encountered. The samples will be transported under chain-of-custody
procedures to a California certified laboratory for analyses. All of the groundwater samples collected
from the borings will be analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (Tf2-G);
benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, and total xylenes (BTEX); and gasoline oxygenates/additives. The
borings will be backfilled with neat cement.
Condor respectfully requests approval of this work plan addendum. The fieldwork portion of the
additional Phase H investigation is scheduled to occur on July 26, 2005.A report describing the results of
the additional Phase 11 can be submitted by August 30,2005.
Respectfully submitted,
CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES,INC.
Lee H.Morse,p.G. / eff Willett,P.E.
Associate Geologist Engineering Services Manager
Attachments:
Figure 1 Vicinity Mapp`r ' ?
fESSFi e 2 Site Map Proposed Boris Locations
UtE
cc, Michael Conrad.KSNjt"i445$8 vr'l 5! ' 41
lw
Fri
OWN
C
= C m
EXP 03M
OF Cll-
or
Al-
P:\4000_prj\4038 KSN-San Juan&Fremon[\4038D KSN Additional Phase IlMork Plans\WP Addendum 408P-doc
4M
%41 CONDOR
