Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Report
Buena Vista Storm Drain,Stockton,CA
March 30,2005
Page 4
Laboratory analytical results indicate that TPH and BTEX were not detected at or above the laboratory
reported detection limits in any of the groundwater samples collected from the 12 borings. MTBE was
detected at a low concentration in the groundwater sample collected from GP-5. Other
oxygenates/additives were not detected at or above the laboratory reported detection limits in the
groundwater sample collected from GP-5. No oxygenates/additives were detected at or above the
laboratory reported detection limits in the groundwater samples collected from the other 11 borings.
Table 2 Groundwater Sample LaboratoryAnal tical Results
Sample I.D. Copies of laboratory analytical results and chain-of-custody records for the samples are
included in Appendix B.
Laboratory analytical results indicate that low concentrations of chromium, nickel, and zinc were present
in the groundwater samples collected from borings GP-1 through GP-6 and GP-8 through GP-12. Copper
was present in the groundwater samples collected from borings GP-2, GP-5, GP-6, GP-8, GP-10, and GP-
11. None of the selected metals were detected at or above the laboratory reported detection limits in the
groundwater sample collected from boring GP-7.
il CONDOR
