PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> 4 <br /> 2. LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549. A <br /> percolation test and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test is required for <br /> Health District approval. A permit for the percolation <br /> tests from the Health District is required for each <br /> parcel. <br /> b Construction of an individual domestic water well under <br /> / �Uermi"zd-in4pe ;.ion by t-he--He 'ict. <br /> onstruct an individual sewage disposal system under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Health District prior to <br /> occupancy. <br /> d. The irrigation well must be properly sealed at the pump <br /> base. <br /> 3. COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS <br /> a. Future residents shall be apprised of the potential for <br /> periodic high levels of noise from aircraft overflying <br /> the area on approach or departure from runway 07/25 at <br /> Lodi Airpark and Kingdon. Airport. <br /> b. Deeds of Avigation and Hazard Easement shall be granted <br /> in favor of each airport and Airport Noise Disclosure <br /> forms shall be completed and filed as recommended by <br /> the California Association of Realtors. <br />
