kNI KLEI .N 1 1)EK <br /> 4.0 C HIIffC AL ANALYSIS OF SOIL AND GROUND WATER SAM TM <br /> 4.1 General <br /> Ground water samples will be chemically analyzed by a State certified <br /> analytical laboratory. The chemical analyses will satisfy the guidelines <br /> established by the County of San Joaquin and the RWQCB. Laboratory <br /> certification information will be provided in the findings report. A San <br /> Joaquin County analytical results release form will be completed when the <br /> boring permits are obtained. <br /> 4.2 Ground Water Analyses <br /> At least one ground water sample per monitoring well will be chemically <br /> analyzed. The water samples will be analyzed using EPA Method 624 for <br /> volatile organics including benzene, toluene, xylene, and organic <br /> solvents. Organic solvents were detected above the DOHS action levels in <br /> ground water collected at Kearney KPF. Analysis will incude zinc and <br /> chromium which were both detected in ground water at Kearny KPF. For <br /> quality assurance, one blind duplicate and one field blank will be <br /> included in the samples submitted to the laboratory. The blind duplicate <br /> will be prepared from a monitoring well along with the sale but, <br /> identified so that its origin is unknown.
