WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS -6- <br /> TRI VALLEY GROWERS, PLANT NO. 4 <br /> WASTEWATER DISPOSAL SITE <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> (2) Submit for approval of a schedule for implementing source reduction of salts to the <br /> disposal fields by 1 January 1996. <br /> The Discharger shall submit to Board on or before each compliance report due date, the <br /> specific document or, if appropriate, a written report detailing compliance or <br /> noncompliance with the specific data and task. If noncompliance is being reported, the <br /> reasons for such noncompliance shall be stated, plus an estimate of the date when the <br /> Discharger will be compliance. <br /> If after review of the study results and it is determined that the discharge has not fully <br /> undertaken the compliance tasks, the Discharger shall be in fully compliance with the <br /> effluent limitations (B. Discharge Specifications: 6). This Order may be reopened to <br /> modify effluent limitation to protect the beneficial uses of the ground water. <br /> 7. A copy of this Order shall be kept at the discharge facility for reference by operating <br /> personnel. Key operating personnel shall be familiar with its contents. <br /> 8. The Board will review this Order periodically and will revise requirements when <br /> necessary. <br /> I, WILLIAM H.
