MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -2- <br /> TRI VALLEY GROWERS, PLANT NO. 4 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> FIELD MONITORING <br /> Two months prior to each operating season, an agricultural expert shall certify that the fields are <br /> properly leveled and adequately planted. If there are problems regarding ground leveling and crop <br /> growth, then the report shall include actions taken or planned to correct these problems. In <br /> addition, the Discharger shall investigate the distribution pipes for obstruction. <br /> SOIL MONITORING <br /> Annually, prior to operating season, soil profile sample shall be obtained from the surface (two to <br /> six foot depths). Sample locations shall be obtained from overland flow area and crop irrigation <br /> area.
