(AGE)has prepared this Phase II Site Assessment Work Plan Addendum for the <br /> former Graylift,Inc. site located at 3131 East Fremont Street, Stockton, California. The location of the site <br /> is illustrated on Figure 1. A site map is presented in Figure 2. Also included is a copy of the site specific <br /> health and safety plan and a copy of Well Permit SR#0022186. Because of a pending property transfer, <br /> we would like to initiate the field work on Monday,21 August 2000. <br /> The scope of work will include the advancement of four soil probe borings to depths of approximately 45 <br /> feet below surface grade(bsg) for the collection of grab ground water samples from locations presented in <br /> Figure 2. <br /> Probe borings will be advanced using AGE's van-mounted Geoprobe 5400 direct-push probing unit equipped <br /> with 1.25-inch probing rods.
