CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL MS-89-62 Delbert Heckenlaible Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . 1 . PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT a . A parcel map is required . b . A 5 -foot wide roadway dedication is required on Fox Road along the frontage of Parcel 4 . C . The frontage improvements for Tretheway Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 60-foot right--of-way rural street and the frontage improvements for fox Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for-half of a 50-foot right-of-way rural street . The construction of the frontage improvements may be deferred at the option of the Department of Public Works , in which event the owner shall execute a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement prior to approval of the Parcel Map (A $250 . 00 fee is required for processing per Ord.
