CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-89-61 <br /> R. K. & P . I . Reeve <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all conditions of approval shall <br /> be complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map . <br /> 1 . PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a . A parcel map is required . <br /> b. A 5-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Bethany <br /> Road along the frontage of Parcels 1 and 2 . <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a . The division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A percolation <br /> test , 10 foot soil profile and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required for Local <br /> Health District approval on Parcel 2 . A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from the Health District is required . <br /> 3 . NAGLEE-BURK IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a. An Encroachment Permit from the District shall be <br /> required in order to use the easement for roadway <br /> purposes . A note to that effect shall appear on the <br /> final parcel map. <br /> b. All District easements shall appear on the final parcel <br /> map . <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> NOTE : Payment of school fees may be required prior to <br /> issuance of building permits . Contact the Tracy <br /> School District for specific fee requirements . <br /> NOTE : A Certificate of Compliance shall be required for <br /> that portion of Lot 91 between Bethany Road and the <br /> main drain canal of the Naglee Burk Irrigation <br /> District before it changes ownership . <br />
