AMENDED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-89-61 <br /> R. K. & P. I. REEVE <br /> (7-5-90) <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> b. A 5-foot wide roadway dedication is required on Bethany <br /> Road along the frontage of Parcel 2 . <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. The division of land shall meet the Rules and Regulations <br /> of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A percolation <br /> test, 10 foot soil profile and a sewage disposal area as <br /> determined by the percolation test are required for Local <br /> Health District approval on Parcel 2 . A permit for the <br /> percolation tests from the Health District is required. <br /> 3 . NAGLEE-BURK IRRIGATION DISTRICT <br /> a. An Encroachment Permit from the District shall be <br /> required in order to use the easement for roadway <br /> purposes. A note to that effect shall appear on the <br /> final parcel map. <br /> b. All District easements shall appear on the final parcel <br /> map. <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> NOTE: Payment of school fees may be required prior to <br /> issuance of building permits. Contact the Tracy <br /> School District for specific fee requirements. <br />
