10.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br /> Upon observation of any situation such as an explosion or fire, <br /> where you can safely drive a vehicle or move equipment to prevent <br /> loss, do so without subjecting yourself to injury. <br /> Lead person should first dial 911 then notify appropriate <br /> personnel at PARADISO MECHANICAL, INC. Paradiso will notify <br /> proper agencies and customer contacts. Someone on crew will <br /> notify all personnel and customers the necessity of vacating the <br /> premises. This will minimize the potential of any further injury. <br /> 11.0 OSHA STANDARD TRAINING INFORMATION <br /> TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> PARADISO MECHANICAL, INC. FIELD EMPLOYEES HAVE RECEIVED THE 40 <br /> HOUR TRAINING REQUIREMENT UNDER OSHA STANDARD 29CFFR1910. 120 <br /> HAZARDOUS WASTE OPERATIONS AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAINING.
