(Cambria) prepared this report on behalf of Equilon
Enterprises LLC dba Shell Oil Products US (Shell) to document the recent underground storage
tank (UST) removal and subsequent over-excavation activities at the referenced site. Cambria
performed soil sampling following the removal of three gasoline USTs, four fuel dispenser
islands, associated product piping, and one waste oil UST. Upon reviewing the initial analytical
data, Cambria returned to the site and conducted over-excavation in the UST excavation.
Cambria performed the work in accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health
Department (SJCEHD) and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)
guidelines.
SITE DESCRIPTION
The subject property is an inactive Shell-branded service station located on the southeast corner
of Moreland Street and Hammer Lane in a mixed rural and residential area of Stockton,
California(Figure 1). Shell ceased operations at the site during March 2005 and sold the property
and station to the current owner during May 2005. Prior to their removal, three gasoline USTs, a
waste oil UST, and four product dispensers were present at the site(Figure 2).
Cambria
Environmental
Technology, Inc.
5900 Hollis Street
Suite A
Emeryville,CA 94608
Tel(510)420-0700
Fax(510)420-9170
