REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-89-46 <br /> TOM BROWN <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all conditions of approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1 . PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> b. A 5 foot wide roadway dedication is required on Sedan Avenue <br /> along the frontage of Parcel A. <br /> C. Parcel A shall be given a number designation. <br /> 2 . LOCAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br /> a. This proposed division of land shall meet the Rules and <br /> Regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 . A <br /> percolation test, 10 foot soil profile , and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Local Health District approval . A permit for <br /> the percolation test from the Health District is required. <br /> 3 . MANTECA-LATHROP RURAL FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. Per Uniform Fire Code 1985 edition access and Fire <br /> Protection Appliances be required . National Fire Protection <br /> Association and Local Sprinkler Code requirements to be <br /> required also. <br /> b. Owner/Developer shall meet with the Fire Chief to discuss <br /> the Fire Facilities Fee Ordinance established by the San <br /> Joaquin Board of Supervisors . The Fee structure and <br /> findings shall be established by the Fire District for <br /> presentation to the Board of Supervisors for approval . <br /> 4 . PLANNING DIVISION <br /> a. A letter from the Manteca-Lathrop Fire District indicating <br /> that its conditions have been met shall be submitted to the <br /> Planning Division prior to recordation of the parcel map. <br />
