Water and sewage services are to be provided by the
City of Stockton after the project area is annexed to the City.
The applicant currently gains access to his home via a private
driveway off of Lincoln Road. This private easement
currently terminates in a cul-de-sac just south and west of the
new parcel ; an extension of this cul-de-sac is proposed as shown
on the Tentative Map illustration.
