CA 95202-1997 <br /> December 20 , 1988 <br /> Mr. Roland Jordan <br /> 1639 Lincoln Road <br /> Stockton CA <br /> SANITARY SEWER AND WATER SERVICE <br /> It is our understanding that you wish to process a tentative map <br /> in connection with your County property at 1639 Lincoln <br /> Road-Assessor Parcel No. 077-23-10-and that the County will not <br /> process your application without verification from the City that <br /> sewer and water service will be provided to the two parcels <br /> created. <br /> This is to advise you that sewer and water service will be <br /> provided to each of the two proposed lots providing the following <br /> conditions are met: <br /> 1 . The entire area is annexed to the City of Stockton. <br /> 2. Payment of the current sanitary sewer connection fee of <br /> $1495 . 00 for the new parcel being created. <br /> 3 . Payment of the current water connection fee of $359 . 00 <br /> for the new parcel being created. <br /> 4 . That prior to any construction on either parcel, a site <br /> plan be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer and <br /> approved by the City Engineer delineating the water, <br /> sewer, and any other construction features of the <br /> proposed development. <br /> 5 .
