Lammers Road, Tracy, California <br /> Ernie: Enclosed is our revised estimate for the removal and disposal of contaminated <br /> soils associated with the former underground gasoline tank at the above referenced <br /> facility. Please sign the cost proposals and mail one of them back to us. <br /> Also enclosed is the Cost Pre-Approval Reques form and attachments. Please sign the <br /> form, first page, where indicated and mail to D lana Jackson at the Cleanup Fund in the <br /> enclosed envelope as soon as possible. <br /> Tlie revised costs were based on the lowest bid (pre-approval package) solicited for the <br /> excavation. QRC costs were eliminated from is phase of work and backfill material <br /> will be provided from an on-site source by you. It took us over a month to get the bids <br /> but we will still try tomeefthe February 25th d adline to complete the excavation work <br /> (weather permitting). We will contact Ms. Jackson next week to make sure she received <br /> the material and try to expedite her review. <br /> Since the landfill will want payment for the disposal fees right away we will need to <br /> discuss those costs as soon as you have a chance to call us. <br /> Sincer <br /> Michael J.
