Lammers Road Tracy , California <br /> Bright Development has proposed to purchase and develop several acres of land in the <br /> area between S. Lammers and Corral Hollow Roads off of I Vh Street in Tracy. M.J. <br /> Kloberdanz & Associates conducted an Environmental Assessment, prior to the property <br /> transaction, to determine the historical uses of these properties and the potential for <br /> environmental problems. Underground tanks a d other sources of concern were <br /> disclosed on two of the five parcels reviewed. <br /> The attached Work Plan describes the proposed soil and groundwater sampling in general <br /> locations. The actual position of the soil borings will be plotted from S. Lammers Road <br /> and 11th Street, once the work is completed. Existing structures and improvements will <br /> eventually be removed by the developer and will not be mapped unless they are <br /> determined to be a source of contamination. <br /> We have included the boring permit application long with the fee of $89.00. The <br /> GREEN FORM has been completed by Bright Development and is also enclosed with the <br /> initial fee of $234.00. Future billing should be directed to Bright Development as <br /> indicated on the form. <br /> Please have the specialist assigned to this project contact me as soon as they have had a <br /> chance to review the Work Plan, or sooner if there are any deficiencies. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> i <br /> I <br /> Michael J.
