Bills of lading for the recycling of used oil filters for the last three years were not found on site. <br /> Approximately five fuel filters inside the dispensers have a date of 6-1-11. A disposal receipt for the fuel <br /> filters that were replaced on 6-1-11 was not available for review upon request. A copy of each bill of <br /> lading must be kept on site for at least three years.
