<br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is extending the
<br /> submittal date from September 4, 2008, to October 3, 2008, for receiving a corrective
<br /> action plan that compares various groundwater remedial methods to determine the most
<br /> cost-effective for removing petroleum hydrocarbon contaminants based on site specific
<br /> data. Mr. Andre LaMontagne of Winefield & Associates, Inc., the environmental
<br /> consulting firm retained by you on August 5, 2008, to handle the investigation and
<br /> mitigation activities associated with the unauthorized release from the former
<br /> underground storage tank system removed from the above-referenced site, requested this
<br /> extension during a telephone conversation on August 28, 2008.
