Vicki McCartney [EH]
From: Windy Brown [windysab@yahoo.comj
Sent: Monday, October 16, 2006 12:56 PM
To: Vicki McCartney [EHl
Subject: Frontier Transportation, Inc.,425 Larch Road, Tracy: Quarterly sampling results
Hi Vicki,
We have the lab results in for the quarterly groundwater monitoring at 425 Larch Road, Tracy. The
contaminant plume has boundaries defined by clean wells (no TPH-gas or oxygenates) to the east(MW-
6 and MW-7) and to the south(MW-5,MW-10 and MW-11). The wells along the north(MW-2, MW-4
and MW-8) and the west(MW-9, MW-20 and MW-4 at the northwest) have MTBE and TPH-gas
contamination. The laboratory analytical results are attached to this email and will be included in the
quarterly report. The laboratory is currently creating the EDF file, which will be submitted to
GeoTracker upon receipt.
The EHD previously requested that these results be used to determine whether or not additional wells
should be installed to delineate the extent of contaminant migration. It appears that additional wells will
be required. Unless otherwise directed,BEA will submit a work plan for the installation of additional
wells within 30 days (by November 15, 2006).
The 2006 3rd Quarter Groundwater Monitoring Report will also be submitted during November 2006.
BEA is currently analyzing data to be included in the Aquifer Pump Test and Well Installation Report of
Findings, which will be submitted upon completion.
Please let me know if you have any comments or questions.
Best regards,
Windy S. Brown
windysab@,yahqq-.com
yahoocom
760-617-6438
10/17/2006
