It explains why the fee for installing monitoring wells has increased from $89 to $368. Based on our telephone conversation today, I understand that Biophysics Environmental Assessments, Inc. has sent a check to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department for $89. 1 will issue the permit for the three monitoring wells upon receiving an additional check for $279.
