0 0
October 19, 2012
Ami Adini
4LX &Associates, Inc.
Immediate Release
State of California UST Cleanup Fund Prevention of Fraud, Waste and Abuse
On Wednesday, October 17, 2012, the State Attorney General's Office executed a search warrant
at our offices in Los Angeles as part of what is apparently a broad-based investigation of
businesses in our industry in regard to the submission of possibly fraudulent claims to the State
Water Resources Control Board's Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund.
We strongly support the mission of the State Attorney General's Office and the Water Resources
Control Board to protect the integrity of the Cleanup Fund, and we want our customers and the
public to know that there has been absolutely no finding that our Company has engaged in any
wrongdoing. Many investigations, in fact, result in just such a conclusion. We are confident that
the Attorney General's Office and the Water Resources Control Board, once their investigation is
complete, will determine that our company acted with complete integrity and propriety in regard to
the Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund.
Ami Adini, President
Ami Adini &Associates, Inc.
4130 Cahuenga Blvd., Ste 113 .
