Prepare a Site Health and Safety Plan, 2.) Notify Underground <br /> Service Alert(USA)to clear the site for underground utilities, 3.) Secure the <br /> services of a private utility-locating company to confirm the absence of <br /> underground utilities at the well locations, and 4.)
