Labels will be sufficiently durable <br /> to remain legible even when wet. Following sample collection, labels will be affixed to each <br /> sample container. Labels will record the following type of information: <br /> * Project name and/or number; <br /> * Sample identification number; <br /> * Information pertaining to the sample collector; <br /> * Date and time of collection; <br /> * Analytical parameters; <br /> * Known hazards; <br /> * Pertinent comments <br /> 7.0) HEALTH AND SAFETY PLAN <br /> The purpose of the project Health and Safety Plan (HASP) is to provide guidelines and <br /> procedures to ensure the health and physical safety of people working at the Frontier Trucking <br /> Facility. The goal of the HASP is to provide precautionary and responsive measures for the <br /> protection of on-site personnel, the general public and the environmental. A HASP is included as <br /> Appendix A. <br />
