The goal of the HASP is to provide precautionary and responsive measures for the
!, protection of on-site personnel, the general public and the environmental. A HASP is included
as Appendix B.
8.0) RECOMMENDATIONS
It is recommended that a minimum of two additional monitoring wells be installed at the
site in order to delineate the dissolved MTBE contaminant plume. Upon approval of installation
of two wells (MW-24 and MW-25), both wells will be placed to the west (near MW-9 and MW-
4), with MW-25 north of MW-4. The third monitoring well recommended is for the purpose of
monitoring plume migration to the north of the source area. If MW-26 is also approved, then it
will be installed 70' north of MW-2.
