Stantec <br /> L & M OPERABLE UNIT- FOURTH QUARTER AND ANNUAL 2010 SITE STATUS, <br /> REMEDIAL SUMMARY, AND GROUNDWATER MONITORING REPORT <br /> January 31, 2011 <br /> 1.0 Introduction <br /> On behalf of Chevron Environmental Management Company (CEMC) and ConocoPhillips <br /> (COP), Stantec Consulting Corporation (Stantec) has prepared this report in accordance with <br /> the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB-CVR) Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program (MRP) No. R5-2004-0820 (Appendix A) for the L&M Operable Unit (OU) <br /> located adjacent to and along the eastern boundary of the Delta View Apartments (802 West <br /> Weber Avenue) and west of the North Lincoln Street and West Weber Avenue cross road in <br /> San Joaquin County, California (the "Site"; Figure 1). This report presents a discussion of the <br /> Site background, groundwater elevations and analytical results, a summary of remedial <br /> activities and soil vapor well sampling results for the fourth quarter 2010 (4Q10), and a <br /> summary of the trends of petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations in groundwater. Additionally, <br /> this report contains a summary of groundwater gradient, elevation, and analytical trends, soil <br /> vapor well sampling results, and the status of the ongoing active remediation for the year 2010. <br /> In accordance with MRP No. R5-2004-0820, this report includes the following: <br /> • A table outlining the requirements of MRP No. R5-2004-0820; <br /> • A table showing groundwater well construction details; <br /> • Cumulative data tables containing water level measurements and water quality analytical <br /> results through 4Q10; <br /> • Groundwater elevation contour maps; <br /> • Isoconcentration maps for 4Q10, depicting concentrations of total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons in gasoline range organics, total petroleum hydrocarbons in diesel range <br /> organics, total petroleum hydrocarbons in motor oil range organics, benzene, methyl <br /> tertiary butyl ether, and tertiary butyl alcohol; <br /> • A table showing historical lateral and vertical groundwater flow directions and gradients; <br /> • A table showing soil vapor sampling locations; <br /> • A figure depicting separate phase hydrocarbons and historical depth to water trends; <br /> • A figure depicting soil vapor sampling concentrations; <br /> • Figures depicting arsenic trends in select wells; <br /> I:\Tidewater\TW Stockton(Parcel 2A-0415)\Reports\QMR\2010\4010-Annual\4Q10 and Annual OSSRQRSRQMR Stockton_FINAL.doc 1.1 <br />
