Please note that PHS/EHD does not have record of the depth that the <br /> sample was collected. <br /> Please submit by September 15, 1997 a work plan to initiate the investigation. PHS/EHD has summarized the <br /> information available regarding the site in this correspondence which can be distributed to environmental consulting <br /> companies with registered professionals,to obtain bids for the preparation of a work plan. You may contact <br /> PHS/EHD staff or the State Water Resources Control Board Cleanup Fund staff to aid in the evaluation of the <br /> proposal.
