Purge water. will be stored in 55- <br /> gallon drums approved for hazardous liquid storage pending laboratory analysis. <br /> Report Preparation <br /> Upon completion of all field activities, a summary report will be prepared for submittal to <br /> PHS/EHD. Smith Technology will prepare a report that will include a description of all field <br /> activities, laboratory analytical results, welliboring logs, and recommendations, if any, for <br /> additional work. <br /> All work described in this workplan will be performed under the direction of a California <br /> Registered Professional Engineer, A completed Site Safety Plan (SSP) is contained in Attachment <br /> I and a Quality Control/Quality Assurance Plan is contained in Attachment 2. All field work will <br /> be completed in accordance with these plans. <br /> Projected Schedule <br /> I <br /> Once approval of this workplan has been received, Smith Technology will schedule drilling <br /> activities. It is anticipated Phase One of the.drilling activities will be completed in one day and <br /> drilling has been tentatively scheduled for October 29, 1997. Smith Technology will notify <br /> PHS/EHD at least 48 hours prior to beginning any field activities. Once analytical results have <br /> been received from the Phase One sampling, a well installation permit with check will be <br /> immediately submitted to PHS/EHD with a map showing the proposed locations of the <br /> monitoring wells to be completed during Phase Two of the subsurface investigation. Installation <br /> of the monitoring wells has been scheduled for November 12, 1997.
