All issues have been corrected as of the date of this letter and are described in <br /> detail below. <br /> Official Inspection Report <br /> No.19-Remove the hazardous waste under a manifest for the materials listed below <br /> Seven drums of waste have been disposed of as requested and copies of the manifests are <br /> attached. Two drums contained clean absorbent materials and have not been removed <br /> pursuant to a phone conversation with your office on January 26, 2004 <br /> 6—Drums of used oil absorbent (see attached manifest 23573232) <br /> 2—Drums of used oil absorbent (actually is clean absorbent so it has not been hauled off <br /> per our phone conversation 1/26/04) <br /> 1 —Drum of waste MEK(see attached manifest 22744544) <br /> Official Inspection Report <br /> No. 20-All containers with hazardous waste must have a label with the following <br /> information:hazardous waste, name & address, content, accumulation start date, <br /> physical state, hazardous property. <br /> Refresher training was conducted with employees responsible for management of these <br /> wastes, detailing requirements for container labeling and the proper label content. This <br /> will be covered again during annual hazardous materials training. A weekly inspection <br /> will also be conducted to ensure compliance. <br />
