The phase I site assessment suggested soil sample <br /> extraction and testing. Northwood Industrial has hired Woodward Drilling <br /> to complete the Geoprobes and Precision Enviro-Tech Analytical Lab to <br /> complete the testing. The soil will be tested for CAM 17 metals and <br /> Hexachrome. The samples will be taken at 5' and 10' depths will all <br /> boreholes consisting of 3" diameter. Any overflow soil will be stored on <br /> site until tests result are complete. If at any time the contractor smells <br /> something hazardous the site will be treated as such. This type of soil <br /> sampling is considered to be a low safety risk and potential hazards are <br /> minimal <br />
