RATS ARE RAMPANT EVEN WITH PEST CONTROL. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the Head Chef who was aware of complaint. <br /> Rodents have been identified in the facility in Dec. 2017. <br /> Pest control services facility 2 times per week since January 2018. <br /> Exclusion work has been done.Access points have been sealed as well as bait and traps have been placed in the ceiling and <br /> kitchen areas of the facility. <br /> Also,trees are in the process of being maintained and addressed (trees to be cut today)as to prevent possible rodent access <br /> to facility. <br /> I observed where exclusion work has been done in kitchen area. (Sealing around pipes and soda lines etc.) <br /> One pipe under 3 compartment sink as well as one pipe under prep sink needs to be addressed,which will be done by the <br /> end of this week per Head Chef. <br /> I observed kitchen and and dry storage room, I did not observe evidence of rodents at this time.
