10.0 CLOSURE
The information contained in this report has been generated in accordance with the generally
accepted degree of care and skill exercised by engineers and geologists practicing in the
environmental field. SECOR makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied, concerning the
information contained in the report or the conclusions and recommendations derived from the field
and laboratory information.
This report contains information which is valid as of this date. However, conditions that are
beyond our control, such as grading of the property, site changes, and the passage of time can
change the information that has been generated to date. Hence, the report may be invalidated either
partially or wholly by the information which is gathered at a later date or as a result of changes in
regulations affecting the type of work discussed above.
The conclusions of this report are bases on an interpolation of subsurface conditions encountered at
the boring and monitoring well locations. The actual subsurface conditions at unexplored locations
may be different. The findings and recommendations of this report will require reevaluation if
subsurface conditions different than stated herein are encountered.
MInherent in most projects performed in the heterogeneous subsurface environment, continuing
subsurface investigations and analyses may reveal findings that are different than those presented
herein. This facet of the geotechnical and environmental profession should be considered when
formulating professional opinions on the limited data collected on this project.
7N 40007-088-0I
H igU,uw\97-06j=\arcotrac.dm
10-1
