10.0 CLOSURE <br /> The information contained in this report has been generated in accordance with the generally <br /> accepted degree of care and skill exercised by engineers and geologists practicing in the <br /> environmental field. SECOR makes no other warranty, either expressed or implied, concerning the <br /> information contained in the report or the conclusions and recommendations derived from the field <br /> and laboratory information. <br /> This report contains information which is valid as of this date. However, conditions that are <br /> beyond our control, such as grading of the property, site changes, and the passage of time can <br /> change the information that has been generated to date.
