The EPA id No#we applied for it and we are waiting for the number. (Copy of <br /> application and receipt attached) <br /> 20. Hazardous Waste drums labeled properly, as required. <br /> 50. We have made the arrangement with the `Safety Clean, Salida, CA, (Mr. Damn <br /> ph# 209-595-3182" to pick up the Hazardous Wastage, as the EPA id number issue, <br /> Safety Clean will pickup the drums. <br /> 15. Done and receipt attached. <br /> 23. Our pumps and equipment are new, and we have not changed any from last three <br /> years. <br /> 85. We have not disposed anything yet from last three years. <br /> Next: Routine Annual Inspection and Monitoring System certification: <br /> Violations: <br /> 13, 17 were corrected by Tech. right of way. <br /> 24.
