Main St., Manteca Program: UST <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> ROUTINE ANNUAL INSPECTION AND MONITORING SYSTEM CERTIFICATION <br /> Violations: (13, 17, 24) <br /> 13. The Bravo box float and chain in the UDC 3/4 for the diesel piping failed to stop the flow of product at <br /> the dispenser when tested. All monitoring equipment shall be maintained to activate an audible and <br /> visual alarm or stop the flow of product at the dispenser when it detects a leak. The service technician <br /> adjusted the float and verified functionality. <br /> 17. The 91 line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors shall be capable <br /> of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. The service technician adjusted the leak detector, <br /> retested it, and it passed. <br /> 24. Annual monitoring system certification, leak detector testing, and spill container testing was <br /> performed on May 28, 2010 and a test report has not been submitted to the EHD. A copy of the test <br /> report must be submitted within 30 days of the tests. Immediately submit a copy of the test report to the <br /> EHD. <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by June 23, 2011 <br /> along with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each <br /> violation and any supporting paperwork <br /> Note: The Response Plan was completed and approved at the time of inspection. A copy was left o. <br /> site. <br /> Note: The plastic handle from a vehicle window squeegee was found at the bottom of the drop tube for <br /> the 87 tank. It did not appear to be interfering with the mechanical flapper at the time of inspection. The <br /> handle was removed from the tank by the technician on site. Mechanical flappers are used as overfill <br /> prevention at this facility.
