(19414 N. Hwy 99 TPID# 1107176) are as
follows:
On July 13, 2011 San Joaquin County EHD inspectors Benjamin Escotto and Alfonso Arambula performed a site
visit at PGM Recycling located at 19414 N. Hwy 99. CalRecycle contacts Reinhard Hohlwein, Kevin Taylor and
Dorothy Woody were present performing a pre-permit inspection. Owner of PGM, Jim Capis, allowed access to
his facility. Tire counts performed by the EHD inspectors, after walking the facility, did not exceed the current
allowable amount of 1500 waste tires for a tire dealer. EHD inspectors estimate about 500-600 waste tires
onsite. EHD inspectors reviewed a local business license identifying this facility as a tire dealer. No violations
were noted by either inspector during this site visit.
Thank you,
Alfonso
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
600 E.
