Once they have the <br /> exemption, they will need to manifest loads of 10 or more waste/used tires from the point of origin to the <br /> destination site.As I mentioned to you,your company can complete the manifest for the common carrier and <br /> submit the form to CalRecycle on the hauler's behalf pursuant to 14 CCR§18460.1.1(c) but they are still <br /> responsible should the manifest be completed incorrectly or not mailed to CalRecycle. <br /> Hope this helps. <br /> Keith E.
