Proposal 10-005 Phase II ESA and Remedial Action/San Joaquin County,CA October 14,2005 <br /> PROJECT COST <br /> TERRASEARCH, inc. has prepared the following cost estimate based on the extent of <br /> environmental work to be performed at the property. <br /> Phase H ESA(400-foot pattern)and Bio-Remediation Evaluation $102,960.00 <br /> This phase of work includes performing the tasks summarized above`'including drilling within a 400- <br /> sqaure foot sampling grid across the southern portion of the property, drilling along the southwestern <br /> petroleum-pipeline,preparing Phase II ESA report for Neighborhood C(including the 30-acre parcel <br /> of Silva-Vosti), collecting the soil sample for RTE bench study analysis for the Factor,and preparing <br /> a Removal Action Plan(RAV )through the DTSC for implementati a Factor on the property. <br /> Payment for evaluation of the Factor may be made directly to RTE. If you se this method of <br /> payment, then the $25,000.00 will be retracted from the finalized proposal. <br /> TERR,4SEARCH, inc. requires prepayment of all outside services, such as drillin contractor and <br /> laboratory fees prior to commencement of any work. The outside service cost for this project is <br /> approximately $65,000.00; however, TERRASEARCH, inc. is requesting $30,000.00. Please pay <br /> this amount ($30,000.00) prior to initiation of work. Contractor, <br /> owners, subcontractors and suppliers have the responsibility to adhere to all contract documents <br /> regardless whether`TERRASEARCH, inc. employees are on or off the job at any particular point <br /> in time. <br /> Client is responsible for communicating to TERRASEARCH, inc. all material information in its <br /> possession about the subject site, including all material written and non-written information. <br /> This information includes but is not limited to chemical contamination on the site, prior uses of <br /> the site, individuals who may have knowledge of the site's history and names and address of all <br /> prior owners. <br /> TERRASEARCH, inc.
