A hazardous waste generator shall not treat, store, dispose of, transport or offer for transportation, hazardous waste without a hazardous waste ID number. Go to the DTSC web site http://www.dtsc.ca.gov/IDManifest/PERMHWID.cfm for the form to reactivate the ID number. Immediately reactivate your CAL000418566 ID number and submit evidence to the EHD. The reactivated ID number paperwork was submitted to EHD on 4/03/2018. This was corrected. This is a minor violation. 107 CCR 66265.51 Failed to prepare and implement a contingency plan. Facility failed to prepare a contingency plan. During the inspection, no contingency plan was available. Mr. Hakimi completed a modified contingency plan during the time of inspection. The owner or operator shall prepare a contingency plan designed to minimize hazards to human health or the environment from fires, explosions, or any unplanned release of hazardous waste to air, soil, or surface water and immediately implement that plan whenever there is a fire, explosion, or release of hazardous waste which could threaten human health or the environment. Immediately prepare a contingency plan and submit a copy to the EHD. This is a minor violation.
