CAS083470 <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Pursuant to the Port of Stockton's municipal storm sewer NPDES permit, Regional Board staff is <br /> making the Port's Storm Water Management Plan(SWMP) available for a 30-day public review. Any <br /> comments or recommendations you may have concerning the SWMP must be submitted to this office in <br /> writing in paper or electronic format by 26 August 2005. After considering and responding to any <br /> comments received, staff may request approval of the SWMP by the Regional Board during an <br /> upcoming meeting. <br /> In order to conserve paper and reduce mailing costs, staff is making the SWMP available via the <br /> Regional Board's website at http://www.waterboards.ca.gov/centralvalley/public_notices.
